Unable to debug using Cygwin gdb #7994

Describe the bug

OS and Version: Windows 7 32 bit
VS Code Version: 1.60.0
C/C++ Extension Version: 1.5.1
Other extensions you installed (and if the issue persists after disabling them): Nothing
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I try to debug with cygwin gdb the output is always shown in debug console. I can't give any input/output there. And that's why when i tried to make external console true , it immediately closes the window after running it.
